last night i realized that i have only really listened to sufjan and elliott smith for the last 3 weeks. its kind of insane. i have tried to listen to other stuff, but i find myself pretty bored with it. when i was in india, one night i was bored so i took a bath, listened to seven swans, and drank a 7UP. i felt kinda awkward but it was also kind of nice.

went to the punk rock show last night. ryan and beau punked out. it was nice.

tomorrow its guitar time. i am getting nervous thinking about it. i think it will be an inspiration though cause i haven't really been inspired to write since i have been back from d.c. its a lot easier to write when you aren't happy with your life. things right now are good.

i wore my white cons yesterday for the first time in probably 3 months and it was really weird. i kept seeing my feet and thinking they weren't mine. i used to get weirded out by wearing black shoes but now i think i am done with white ones. sorry.

i am getting a haircut today. its getting too wide. whats up with that?

can i just publicly state once again that the oc is the best show ever? holy crap last night was amazing. the music could have been better though... i am guessing that they can't get the proper licensing to play oasis' music on there and thats why they have used two covers...one that is really good....one that was mediocre. its kinda like the whole beatles covers thing for i am sam.

i decided the other day that a really punk rock thing to do would be to make the declaration to supersize your value meal at mcdonalds every time just because of "supersize me". i usually can't even finish my meal there but i think that i would supersize my stuff just cause everyone talks about that movie so much.

seth and i were talking about finding good rubber bands to wear on our wrists. i brought up the idea of buying rubber bands on ebay (the best place to buy anything). i just checked and the market has been flooded by those stupid rubber bracelets that everyone wears like the lance armstrong ones. they may be supporting a good cause or whatever, but i am sick of seeing them. you can't even buy normal rubber bands on ebay anymore cause it takes too long to find them. this is bullcrap. bangles are where its at anyways.

here we go...

i will be getting the guitar this weekend...a fortunate turn of events has led me to saving a little big of money on the deal. i am not sure how much i will save, but any money saved is good. i have to drive to tulsa now though to get it...it will be a nice getaway.

you probably didn't notice but i have changed my profile to your left. it used to say that an interest was learning how to whistle. i used to only be able to whistle sucking in rather than blowing out. over the past several months i have put in countless hours of practice and i apologize to anyone who had to listen to me learn. i know of only one person who told me to shut up cause i was annoying and that was seth. thanks a lot seth. it was pretty funny when he told me i was annoying. i was so into practicing that i forgot that it could get old quick.

to those wondering, i got from a basement on a hill on wax...its freaking nice. now if i could only afford figure 8 and x/o...i saw an auction for a combo on both of them and it ended at 100 pounds...not lbs. but UK currency. thats like 170 bucks for two records. crazy. i will not be buying them. i also decided i want melloncollie and the infinite sadness on wax...its like 140 bucks too...dang.
